I’ve been searching around for quite some time for a Wordpress client for S60 that would let me write and edit blog posts from my mobile. I’m not the only one — Ewan over at SMS Text News even went so far as to engage a developer through Rent-A-Coder or something to try and get one built. Then in steps Jay Fenton of Howler Technologies, who knocks one up in record time.
And thus Scribe came to be. It’s a Wordpress blog editor for S60 3rd edition… and looks like just what the doctor ordered.

Sounds exciting! I am looking forward to perhaps trying out Scribe, as well as other applications that arise in the future that will allow me to do everything on my mobile that I would normally use a PC for (e.g. browse social networking sites, download e-mail attachments, etc.)
