I think that you'll find that the conference is organised to piggyback onto another that many potential delegates will already be attending. This means a higher attendance for this important subject. Obviously, if you can suggest another similar and suitable event for forthcoming years which takes place in a more affordable country, I'd be happy to pass on your recommendations to the organisers.
