Well, it had been awhile since the last round of baseless speculation about Apple’s long-rumored entry into the mobile phone market, so I guess we were due. And this one’s a doozy. Let’s go through the logic:
1. Apple now uses Intel chips in its computers.
2. RIM now uses Intel chips in its mobile devices.
3. Therefore, Apple and RIM will make an “Appleberry”.
Stunning, isn’t it? So simple, so clear, so…. wrong.
