Prosecutors in LA have indicted Stefan Eriksson on felony counts of embezzlement, grand theft and possession of a gun by a felon, along with two misdemeanor counts of possession of a gun by a felon. His bail has been set at $5 million, and the INS still has an immigration hold on him. If convicted on all charges, he faces 14 years in prison.
Unsurprisingly, the mysterious “Dietrich”, who Eriksson said was at the wheel of his million-dollar Ferrari Enzo when it crashed, doesn’t actually appear to exist.

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. When will the SEC take notice of the Tiger Telematics and Xero Mobile scams? TGTL’s SEC filings have some very questionable statements that could have Sarbanes-Oxley implications.
