The news section claims they stopped uploading happy slap videos in May 2005. Alexander Amouso (of RnB Ringtones and owner of mobsvideo) is a good guy but I think he’s not as closely involved operationally in mobsvideo as he probably should be.
No More Happy Slaps TV

Due to the increase of assaults on people in a new craze called Happy Slap TV And with these video clips being uploaded to our website, we have to inform you that we will not be adding them to our website.
These acts are cause by groups of people going round abusing and slapping members of the public randomly.
We at mobsvideo will be forwarding any future clips added like these to our website to the police and completely discourage anyone from performing acts such as these on other people.
If you have been a victim or you know the people behind these acts please contact the police immediately.
