Related to our ongoing efforts to document how mobile phones are giving lifeblood to stupid criminals, I posted several months ago about a flasher on the New York subway who got busted after the woman he targeted took a picture of him with her phone. Now, lightning may not strike twice, but stupid criminals can, as another flasher on the NYC subway’s been caught with the help of a cameraphone. The girl says she remembered the front-page newspaper article about the previous incident, and it inspired her to snap the guy’s picture.
