In China, they have 33 million SMS subscribers to the weather information, according to Qin Dahe, director of the China Meteorological Administration.
Not impressed? How about 10 billion SMS sent over the Chinese New Year holiday last year?
To decribe China as quite a big market, is like calling Everest a largish hill.
