Carlo and I have been writing MobHappy for your delight and edification for a few months now. One of the frustrations about writing a blog is that it’s largely a one way process, as we rarely hear from our readers apart from the odd comment on a post.
So we’d really appreciate some feedback about what you think so far. Please email us (the links are on the top left of the page) or leave a comment below.
We’re not after gratuitous praise. Well, not just that anyway. We’re interested in what we could do better. Are we covering the right stories? Is there anything you’d like us to write more about? is there anything you’d like us to write less about?
It would be great if you could take a few moments to let us know how we could improve.
Thanks.
Russell & Carlo

Russell and Carlo, allow me to kick off some feedback on MobHappy seeing as how you’re my fiercest competitor
Seriously, one of my great fears when I took over where you left off at Mobile Technology was finding myself competing directly with you and then with Carlo too for the mind and market share of readers interested in mobile.
Thankfully for me there’s more than enough minds to go around and our topic selection is divurgent enough that I have never felt that we stepped on each other’s toes.
As for your blog, it is among my favorites and one that I read nearly every day. I like how in tune both of you are to the blogging community and I tend to look to your blog for guidance with regards to things like PR Policy, etc.
I like your layout quite a bit (you have the same green as my own corporate logo) and especially like the analysis you do on a wide range of topics.
I feel like you’re among the best at balancing news, social responsibility and maintaining a neutral position with regards to possibly content skewing relationships.
All in all, I think your work is excellent and find that you give me something to strive for. Keep up the excellent work!

Well, my favorite posts are the ones where you speculate on the future of mobile and the web - “Google’s Big Idea”, “Virtual vs Actual Memories” etc. So I’d love to see more of that kind of thing - putting together big trends and suggesting what the future might hold. Personally, I’m really interested in where the mobile world is going and what the opportunities might be, especially where mobiles and the web interact.
I think you’re doing a great job of covering these topics, keep it up!
I like the analysis and trend prediction stuff…. wish you werent as US centric as you sometimes seem to be. But your one of the feeds I check regularly , so al said and one i enjoy it quite a bit
I’m a fan. Content is informative and interesting. It helps of course that I share many of your combined views. I’m also a keen trend follower. Keep up the good work guys.

Hi, people!
You do great work filling the void left by The Feature`s switch-off. My complaint is you sometimes strand outside the mobile related realm into wider spheres like advertising or digital publishing. It`s not bad but sometimes just takes away time and attention. Anyway you`re the must-read blog about mobile and more!
I think its great. Only discovered it a week ago so you’ve still time to lose me yet! Only kidding - keep it coming, its all good stuff - Jonnie
Dear Russell & Carlo,
I hear you in that it is bewildering to wonder if anyone is out there reading your stuff. And normally would of course write directly to your e-mail as you requested.
But as I am a minor celebrity (ha-ha) what with my four mobile telecoms bestselling books, I do want to write openly in public to endorse this site. You are truly one of the best (as are you, Oliver Starr) of this area, and I regularly visit the blogsite to learn about what’s buzzing in our industry - and to catch new “Pearls” such as the silly SMS-kettle you just blogged about (excellent post, will make a funny interlude for my presentations this month)
As I just wrote at Ecademy’s Mobile Applications club when someone asked for good sources to track our industry, this blogsite is one of the very best in the world.
Please do keep up the excellent work !
