Many of us have commented on the idiocy of broadcasters, publishers
and media owners trying to stagger country and region launches to suit
their own purposes.
The new Harry Potter book is not due in German for some months, but
already, you can download German translations, produced by teams of
people for free, just because they think kids here should have Harry at
the same time as everybody else in the English speaking world.
The irony of wanting to legally obtain something, being unable to
buy it (for any money) and so having no option but to download a superior quality pirate copy is
