Welcome to this new blog!
As youÌll be able to tell from the title, weÌre going to be covering mobile phones. But the humble mobile is itself a humongously large area these days and reading this Blog would be a full time job without some form of selectivity on the writing side of things.
So I see my job as a chef who is creating a buffet for very discerning guests. IÌll scour the markets for delicious titbits to delight your appetite and tease your imagination. Then IÌll serve them up in a delicious presentation for you to sample whenever youÌre feeling peckish. And as with all great chefs, IÌll know when to leave my dishes simple and unsullied and sometimes theyÌll need a little more preparation before they reach the quality that you, gentle reader, will expect.
IÌll be covering everything from important technical stuff (though not in a very ÏtechieÓ way) to how the mobile is affecting society. A particular area of focus will be the youth sector, as I believe that we can truly see the future in how kids use their mobiles today. IÌm also very interested in Location Tracking, as I think it has potentially powerful implications for the way we live and communicate.
